“Eggplant” was a B2C product launch campaign for Just Kibbitz, a dating site where Jewish mothers play matchmaker for their children. I served as creative strategist and head copywriter for the campaign. The video was linked to in a New York Times article about the app, and has since been viewed over 15K times on YouTube.
Splashtop, a unicorn B2B remote access IT support platform, wanted to address its target audience’s number one pain point: dealing with people. “The office has changed, but the people who need IT support haven’t,” was the logical solution. I served as creative director, head copywriter, and directed the video shoot. The character of ‘Derek’ [above] appeared live at SupportWorld Vegas 2022 and the spot is being translated into multiple languages.
FurnitureLab, a manufacturer of high-quality corporate furniture, wanted to infuse personality and humor into their brand to stand apart in a crowded marketplace. As video strategist and creative director, I leaned on my experience in improv comedy to direct a troupe of improvisers through 24 product videos shot over the course of three days.
Trulioo, the world’s leading B2B identity verification platform, wanted to convert their Buyer’s Guide white paper into a video series. I served as video strategist, creative director, head copywriter, and co-director in this 8-episode series that, in total, has racked up 150K views on YouTube and has helped convert sales for the Canadian unicorn that recently hit a $2 billion valuation.
